 Ad-Hoc Networks (VANET) merupakan pengembangan teknologi jaringan wireless dari MANET. VANET terdiri kelompok kendaraan bergerak yang dihubungkan oleh nirkabel. Hal ini memungkinkan mobil mengirim dan menerima informasi satu sama lain. Penggunaan utama adalah untuk memberikan keamanan kenyamanan bagi pengemudi khususnya mobil. Dalam beberapa tahun terdapat peningkatan jumlah otonom mobil, sehingga kebutuhan akan menjadi sangat penting. Jaringan dalam mengirimkan control packet menggunakan broadcast routing tidak semua data paket. Broadcast dapat menimbulkan permasalahan berupa Storm Problem (BSP). dasar melakukan penelitian mengenai evaluasi kinerja perutean pada VANET. Kinerja dinilai berdasarkan metrik secara umum seperti average end-to-end delay menunjukkan rata-rata waktu dibutuhkan sebuah paket jalur node sumber ke tujuan delivery ratio digambarkan sebagai rasio diterima di akhir dengan total dihasilkan sumbernya. Penelitian direncanakan simulasi algoritma no underlying topology protokol Fixed Transmission Range (FTR) penilaian end-to- end variasi disimulasikan perangkat lunak Simulasi Urban Mobility.
